Clinic Registration

It's very simple to register by clicking on the "REGISTER HERE" link provided above! Only one coach needs to register for entire staff! 

If you need a W-9 form sent your way, be sure to request this information ahead of time.

Remember, no matter how you plan to pay your clinic fees for the event, be sure you click on the provided registration link above to sign up your staff! 

For all checks written, be sure to indicate "GATFXCCA" on the check.
